Just purchased my first Toyota a little over a week ago. It is a 2021 Super White TRD Off Road DCLB. Purchased new. Definitely not my first truck, but so far it is quickly turning into one of my favorites, and I have had several of them in different makes and models. Glad to join the Tacoma following, and eager to put many miles on this truck. Thanks for having me.

I've got to level with you; honestly don't believe that legendary reliability is the same as in the past. Overall still a great vehicle and I haven't had many issues over the years. Since my first Tacoma in 2001, 2011, 2013, and 2017. Time will tell, the wifes 2013 just turned over 100k only issue was a HVAC blower/wire connector.
But hope you like it and it serves you well.

I to have just picked up my first Taco as well. It is of the same model year except for accuracies sake, you would need to take the 21 and rearrange them to a 12.

kidding aside it’s nice to see someone who knows “how we meet” sharing the newbie honors with me. Nice truck BTW. Mine is A fairly decent project truck that I am looking very forward to passing the days with.

I appreciate the welcome. Going from a one ton CCLB SRW Ram Cummins HO was a little "awkward" at first, but the more I drive it (and have to park it in tight spots), the more that I am beginning to like it.

That's awesome provided you didn't need such a heavy duty truck. I have a decent size lightweight trailer if I need to move something or trip to landfill.
I was thinking about my previous post regarding Toyota reliability and think my comment was really unjustified.
Like others around here have stated when a problem arises with their(someones bad experience) Tacoma they come on here to air it out. Look at the hundreds of thousands sold and overall still a good reputation.
:notsure: I've had no major problems.

From your phone? I'm not real good at new gadgetry but a picture from phone is easy.
Go in reply box and click upload a file, from your gallery click on the picture you want to post.

Take pictures from your phone, then click on your email button and send it to yourself. Then check your email from your computer in the house and save them to the desktop. Then google "Tacoma World and click on the icon that says "upload a file"........
