I currently have a fabtech 6 inch coilover installed in 2008 with an add a leaf in the rear. I had the infamous front end vibration and tried the ECGS front diff fix. I also replaced the front driver side CV during install just to be safe. This didnt end up fixing my problem so now im starting all over and using a 6" coilover BDS with Fox. I got Customsuspension to build me the 6" spring pack with u bolts to eliminate my blocks in the rear. I have the Total Chaos upper control arms but I didnt get the UCA's with the Heims because the teflon wont last a year in Canadian weather. The vibration has created terribly uneven wear on my tires. The BDS calls for an 18" rim instead of the 17's im running now so ive picked 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and 18" moto metal wheels. The vibration also completely destroyed my steering rack bushings so im buying polyurethane replacements. I'm curious if there are any other poly bushings or pieces I can use to improve the truck while I'm making the order for the steering rack. I want ideas for whether I'm going to need new bump stops, gussets or bushings and if so I'd like to do it all at once.
