Probably wheels and tires would have been the obvious choice. But what are you plans for the truck? On road, mostly off road, mixture?

my question really is. how long to the nexen mt last on the road. dont wanna buy a tire and have to buy new in a year. but nexen mt are kinda cheap. so i would rather have mts than ats but i dont want to replace every year. yes i no that they are not going to last 60,000 miles. i was just wondering if i could see 30 to 40 thousand miles out of the,

I don't have any first hand experience with the Nexen's. I'm sure not people here use them. If you're looking for a quality MT that's affordable check out the Hercules Trail Diggers. I have been loving mine for over a year and a half. They wear good, great traction in all terrains, fairly inexpensive and made in the USA.

They wear fast, look great but i've put like not even 500 miles on them and they're already showing wear. Not expecting them to live forever but i wouldn't buy them.

I agree with you on the Nexen A/T. I've had them on my '96 Taco for 2 years now. And very little tread wear on them. They are definitely a hard compound.

I have 31X10.5 on it now. Eventually I want 33X12.5, and I'll be looking at M/T for an aggressive look. I may try the Nexen then too. I'm impressed.
