Great Class to get your first ham radio license or upgrade your license to General license (So you have access to a lot more HF frequencies!)image.jpg

Remember to register for the class. Sometimes they get filled up. By the way nice looking camper- Thinking about getting one for my Tacoma. Would you recommend the kind you have?

Don't mean to hijack the thread but I used the following resource to get pass my tech test in case the drive is far for anyone.

If you don't want to take the study session class, and you've already studied on your own, an FCC Exam only session is offered in Benicia at the same location and the same date. Contact Art listed above to find out details and time. The Exam is for all current levels of Amateur radio licenses.

Thanks! I would recommend the camper... Are you referring to the Flippac or Fourwheel camper? Both have pros & cons. For the 5' bed, I like the AT Habitat. For a 6' bed and 4-season camping, the 4wc is better IMO. Both the Flippac and AT Habitat are way lighter though.
