    Im probably in the minority here, but this is why I think it should just be one solid timeframe each month (the XYZ Saturday/ Sunday of every month). And whoever can attend can attend. It's frankly just too hard to coordinate availability for 30+ people.

    If the meets are routine, then at least those that can make it (including new people) can get to know other TW members monthly. Also, if it's a solid time/ monthly occurrence (again, such as the XYZ Saturday/ Sunday of every month), it gives those that typically work those days to request off or fake a sickness for a few hours! :D

    Just my $0.02. Which usually doesnt matter much!
