Go get one of those dog whistles and stand as close to his house as you can and start blowing the whistle. Or go knock on his front door to "ask him a question" - borrow a cup of sugar - and blow the whistle. That way you will hear the dog bark. Then call the cops

Go confront him. If he has nothing to hide, he should be at least a little up front with you, regardless of how weird he is.

huh? Does your dog wander over there and maybe he's trying to dognap it to teach you a lesson or something? Call the damn cops on that freakin' weirdo and get your family member back asap. Go about it the legal way so you don't end up the bad guy. Or just go try to get it when he's gone. I wouldn't be sitting around doing nothing though, that's for sure.

although it would probably be safer if you just went over to his house when he wasnt there and see if any of the doors are open or if you could see your dog. Id be pissed as hell if someone took my dog.

 

Dam dude that f'd up, Im normally a chill ass guy but if someone had one of my dogs i would loose it. Go over there since the guy is not home and use a flash light in his windows, also tell all the neighbors to call you in case they see your dog.

just call the cops and say you saw your dog. if you happen to be wrong just say "oops i made a mistake". i'd sure as hell be doing something though. keep us informed, this is interesting
