But wait you didnt ask me for my address? How am I supposed to get all those gun parts?

All I need left for my SBR is to engrave it, cerakote it, and buy a new stock and it's done. I am still a few months out so I am not worried :D What I do want to find is a long hand guard for the 20 inch 6.5 grendel barrel. I think I am gonna go with a American Trigger Gold or a Geissele hi speed National Match - Match trigger for it too then, it only needs a Griffin minimalist break and put that bad boy together.

Where is the best place to buy a gun trust? I bought my suppressors as an individual but want to put my SBRs on a trust.

SilencerShop has their own version of a gun trust but I went with a Lawyer in my state that handles Gun Trusts because the way he handles the paper work. I would give you his info but I am not sure if he would prepare a Trust in TN because laws are different and he's probably not able to practice law in another State. Look around for a few lawyers and do some research on it. A trust is something you want someone who knows what theyre doing to work on.

I've done a couple quick google searches but haven't found a lawyer I want to do business with just yet.

Totally understandable. Do research and ask them questions on how you would take and remove trustees, what happens in the event a trustee refuses to get paper work in(Can you remove them from the trust without them signing anything?) and what happens in the event of your death? There's probably more questions then that but gets you a start.

I have a Form1 Trust submitted in OCT 2016 that I am still waiting on. So its definitely more than a 10 month wait.

Yes but people are starting to get things back from October already which is good news. That means times are starting to catch up and times are going back down.

Wish that were the case for me. I was told 2-3 more months, which will put me at 12-13 months.

Theyre probably quoting old wait times. My bet is that the dont know the wait time anymore. Maybe @IPNPULZ can shed some light on it I think he had some intel about it but I could be completely nuts

I have been seeing these wait times and they are not making sense to what I am hearing. I will make some contact with my buddy and see if anything has changed to these wait times.

I'm still seeing 12 month plus reports for Form 4s on Machinegun Board.
I'd love to see it drop - waiting on a Form for on an SBR that I submitted in May.

There's going to be a lag in reported times vs actual.

I'm just a little ahead of you - credit card hit on my form 4 was on 6 May.

Latest return on Machinegunboards was 310 days from mailing to receipt of tax stamp from ATF.

Silencer Shop is showing about a year. I hope it's closer to your number!

SilencerShop quoted me 8 months on my form 4 which was just submitted the other day. I'll take 8 months over a year any day but I think the times are getting shorter. @IPNPULZ have you heard anything lately?
