That would be epic if that was the case! That would mean Suppressor would come back even sooner :D

Pfttt sbr something good :D if you have a sbr in the works make a 22 upper with that $200. The m&p wouldn't be worth it if you sbr it.

I thought about using a 15-22 for an SBR platform. I sold mine when I was separating from the Navy and miss it.

The only 22 rifle I have is a Henry lever and my wife loves it. My kid is still a little too young to shoot it.

True it's a lot cheaper to use the 15/22 but to me they seemed a little cheap but that's from watching other people shoot them. I'd rather build a dedicated upper for my sbr but youre right it's more expensive in the long run. I get to choose what parts I want to use though. I still have two stripped lowers that need to be built into something :D

So if I wanted a pistol caliber suppressor...what would be the best bang for the buck suppressor...and possibly new host...I don't want to spend a bunch of money, but I'm getting to the point it's time to spend some money

I'm open on caliber as I have pistols in all the major calibers, or they're on my to-buy list...

Should I buy an FNX45 Tactical and a suppressor or just buy a threaded barrel for one of my Glocks?

Or would I be better off adding a suppressor to one of my ARs?

Along the same vein, I'd be possibly willing to buy a 300BLK upper if that's all I need to swap

Buying an FNX would be sweet but would save a lot more just by buying a threaded barrel for the glock :D If you are looking for a pistol caliber suppressor that can do 300blk too I would looked at the Rugged Obsidian 45 [0]. @Tlook probably knows a lot more than me about them. If youre looking for something thatll do pretty much anything I would go with a Griffin Optimus [1]. Thats the can I bought and waiting to get back. Now along the lines of adding a 300blk upper. If you have a standard AR15 lower then you can just put the upper on no problem. I believe the bolt is exactly the same too. If youre looking to buy one I would be much help but if you build one then we can point you in the right direction for parts :D

The obsidian is a great can. You can shoot all major pistol calibers and subsonic 300 blk.

OK so the Rugged Obsidian is good to go? I like the price but I think I'm missing something...do I need a separate mount for a 9mm barrel or will the 45 mount work?

Am I stupid for thinking I should just buy a basic G17 and a nice threaded barrel for this to start with? My current G17 is kind of a safe queen
