I went with a trust. This is my first time dealing with NFA items and I figured that was the best way to go for the future. That's about what I was told, should be getting it end of this year/early next year.

ATF has received and taken the money for the last two cans! Now the long wait begins.

Any recommendations on 300BLK subsonic ammo (quietest)?

I finally got my AR Pistol (Noveske 10.5" w/ SilencerCo Hyrid) assembled and tested it in my back yard. The PNW Arms 187gr is still waaaay too loud and it takes more than one round of .22lr subsonic to take out an Armadillo.

Try something heavier like a 220gr. I used Remmington for a long time and didnt have an issue with it. How long is the can that youre shooting it out of because that makes a huge difference too.

    7.5" IIRC

    Edit: 7.8"

Thats probably being a big factor for you right now. I use my 300blk sbr with a Girffin Optimus in the full configuration which is about 9.4". If I went to the mid or short config it would get louder and louder. If the hybrid can get to a longer size try that because I know its a multi can like the Optimus. A lot of guys dont realize when they buy K cans to be tacticool its a louder mofo when put through a short barrel. If all else fails go for a heavier bullet like a 220gr and try that out. It's cheap to buy a box of 220gr at academy and load it in a mag with the 186gr and hear the difference.

    I'll give that a try.

I went with the Hybrid, due to the range of options and not wanting multiple tax stamps, in a rush before 41F.

No personal experience but I’ve heard the Sig 220gr ammo is stupid quiet.

Remington Subs are some of the loudest subs for 300 BLK suppressed from the research I’ve done.

Totally understandable :D I did the same thing but for a post 41F world. SilencerCo says the hyrbid will do a 300blk at 123db but doesnt say which weight thats for. I would give them a call and just check what grain they got those numbers with and go from there.

You usually do better research than I so I'd believe it. Remmington UMC is cheap ammo but probably quiter than the 186gr. Sig ammo is the top dog from what Ive heard when it comes to suppressed ammo. Havent tried it but I'd buy a box for fun :laser:
