NFA wait times and BS thread

Has anyone checked wait times lately

Form 1 Trust: 80 days
Form 4 Trust: 180 days
Form 1 Indv: 85 days
Form 4 Indv: 180 days

Nows the best time to buy an NFA item

 

Cabela's has both the Sig. 220gr and Sellier & Bellot 200gr in stock locally. I think I'll try a box of each, before going bulk.

I have a box of the Remington as well as a box of the Sig to try when I finish building the 300BLK for my sister.

Good idea, the S&B should be good also, I like their 270 loads.

 

Cabela’s was out of S&B, but had the Sig 220gr. It’s quieter than the other stuff I have and with the 7.62 endcap that arrived today, is the best it’s going to get. My neighbor says it sounds like a pneumatic framing nailer.

Finally got my Sparrow 22 can yesterday. Check cashed by ATF on Feb. 8th! Three more are still in jail! Hopefully they will be here by Christmas!

 

Will do once I am home. Need to clean the 22 anyways!

Picked up my Sparrow today, 8 1/2 month wait. I also picked up a Ruger Precision .22 for it, even though I have several other threaded .22's. I felt it was justified to celebrate the occasion.

Got a new EDC and suppressor host

 

How is it as a host?

 

Don't know yet! Going today or tomorrow to test it out. It does come with a reduced power spring which I thought was awesome

 

Took the 509T out today with the Optimus and it was awesome! Those suppressor height sight work amazing and the Burris fastfire cowitnesses with the sights perfectly shot a little low but that's to be expected. If I hold it perfectly I can get almost right on target.

 

Uh oh boys!!! ATF started doing efiles for form 1's at the beginning of October! We're at 2 week turn around times! Time to build those sbr's and sbs's!!!

 

If SiShop already has your info use them, I believe they submit via the Eform system.
IMO it’s worth it for less hassle and also if you have unlimited single shot trusts like I do it just makes it simple.
