At work we are seeing E-Form 4s from the end of March coming back in the last week or so.

I'm 20 days in on my Wolverine.

    2021?
You’re gonna be waiting a while, my paper form was around 13 months, I have a paper form cashed 11/25/21 and an eform cashed/certified 04/28/22 and I’m not expecting to see either one in the next 3 months, and I expect to get the Efile back before the paper form.

Yeah. It's kind of frustrating. The flood of eforms is pushing paper approvals back. When I filed the ETA was around 9 months.

I'll be waiting for you to post that you were approved. My Integra 15-22 through SS had the check cashed Nov 17th. Hopefully, I won't be too far behind you on approval.

Nothing to show, it is a 3hr drive away locked up in a safe and I won't be going off the mountain for another week and a half... Looks like every other 9" Havoc. I'll be ordering some more reloadable shells along with some ammo components.

Tell ya what, next time I go off the mountain, I'll put it on an upper and take a picture.
I need to find a rifled payload shell. That way I can make a mold of it and cast more out of resin. Only problem is that no one has had any in stock and customer service at most the places that had them sucks and haven't replied to my emails in over two months.

Wait a sec. The Havoc is a DD? When Spikes introduced it there was no explosive ammo for the 37mm, just flares and less-lethal rounds and you could buy it over the counter.

    https://exotic-firearms.com/blogs/news/7916933-why-register-a-37mm-launcher

Sounds like the tax stamp opens up your ammo options. As an over the counter 37mm launcher it is strictly a signaling device and you can only use signaling rounds (not a grey area at all ) but once you register it you can use any round except high explosive which are a DD themselves. So it opens up beehives and other fun anti-personnel options.

^exactly. A standard Havoc is just a flare launcher, as long as the ammo is limited to flares/pyrotechnics, CS gas, smoke, and line throwing. Chalk/flour marking rounds are a very grey area that is heavily leaning DD.
By going DD with the Havoc, I can build/possess/use any ammo I want including anti-personnel. I can also buy/use sub-caliber adapters like a .410 or 22lr "hornets nest". The only limitation for ammo is the explosive charge (including lift AND payload) of each round being limited to 1/4oz.

Damn ATF spoiled me when I stamped my SP5. It took 10 days. Been 19 days so far with my SP5K.

Just got back in town last night from a 2 week trip. Was really expecting the ATF PDF email when I checked my email last night.
