NFA wait times and BS thread

If you're a member of FPC and GOA then there is an injunction. Also if you're a customer of Maxim Defense. a few other ones too.

 

I hope they win this fight and educate people more

 

The house also passed a resolution to throw the rule out but it’s really a hollow gesture so they can say they tried to do something when running for re-election. Biden has already said he’ll veto it and they don’t have the votes to overturn the veto.

Mock v Garland is the case to watch right now because oral arguments start next Thursday 6/29 so it’ll probably be the first to see any movement and set a precedent for the other pending litigation.

 

Hopefully everything is thrown out.

 

No Eforms status even showing on an E-Form 4 I did in December via SS.

 

VPC is the North Korea of political action groups. Randomly makes loud statements after an infusion of funds then is largely quiet for a year or more.

 

Seems like the wait times are around 260 days so hopefully you'll hear something soom

 

I submitted 4 Form 1s on 25 Apr. 1 got approved after 28 days, another 45 days. Still waiting on the other 2.

 

Form 1s come back in 30-45 days but Form 4s are another story

 

Submitted form 4 last September and got approved in may.

 

Ugh, I submitted one at during the same month and I’m still waiting. My third SBR came in at 62 days

 

Hopefully you get it soon.

Not enough considering they have a listing for an open position on ZipRecruiter.

 

Funny that you can pay and register for certain things, and as long as you do they are somewhat fine with you having them.
It’s about control. They don’t want the common man or people in poor places to have access to tools that would insure their security and sovereignty from the state.

 

I don't like that they don't process them in the order received. Congrats.
