Have two suppressors waiting... filed on 2/22/17 check cashed about a week later.

Haven't bothered to contact the ATF for status yet.

My last suppressor took 6 months

efiled SBR's all took less than one month like two years ago.

I'm in no way defending the ATF but damn something is not right if you guys are waiting this long for stamps some of the guys from the LGS i know are even getting them back in 4-7 months. All of the paper work in this area goes to Atlanta field office for processing.

No nothing wrong that's just normal processing time from what I've seen on Reddit and other places from people

10 months is about the average. There was a backlog caused by the whole transition to 41F the NFA branch doesn't have a ton of people processing forms.

I don't mean to get personal or in your business you have this set up for wife or other as Settlor or joint with full power of the Trust? just curious.

I add and remove people like I change my under wear through my Trust Attorney.

My attorney has it set up where I can add and remove when I want. He also told me I dont need to have anyone on the trust until my NFA item comes back

I've got 2 suppressors in ATF jail. That's the good news. The bad: the gun shop was just got robbed. They took around 20 suppressors. Have no idea if any were mine. Wonder WTF you do if yours are stolen before you even take possession of them.

    Damn
I would think the shop could contact the ATF and ask to change the serial number on the forms.

I'm guessing the ATF won't care. The best I could hope for is the shop refunding the cost of the suppressor and tax stamp. Hopefully mine wasn't one taken.

I did hear that this would be expected from my Silencerco rep. who's a good friend.
