I'd love to find the YHM R45 or R9 in stock at SS or Cap Armory. Shoot pistol and 556 in a shorter/lighter can.

My FFL is locating the suppressor and the paperwork, prints etc will be thru SS. I’ll be filing as an individual which right now is much faster than doing a trust.

Gotcha. Yeah, I’m withdrawing my trust filed SurgeX and resubmitting it as individual once it’s back in the dealers NFRTR.

    Refiled as individual?
I know the trust aspect will make mine take longer, but it will make it easier in the future by having it in my trust.

I have no real reason to use a trust anymore since I’m happily divorced. The majority of my cans are on a trust so my dad can have them since he lives a few hours away. Whoever inherits them can do a form 5 after I die. I have more cans than carbines at the moment so I’m not too worried about it lol.

Yeah, I kinda figured that. The resubmit question was more for clarification as you said resubmitted as trust.

Former coworker at the gun shop had some new old stock warlocks and made me a deal that I couldn’t refuse on one, they called today and said it was approved, I’ll pick it up either today or tomorrow.

I had a regular silencer shop trust from ~2016 take 3 or so months before I pulled the plug and resubmitted as individual. From what I have been told “common” trusts like the single shot are supposed to get approved quicker than say a trust you have a local attorney draft up. YMMV

Got the Halcyon out today. Some good, some bad.
Good- Easy disassembly for cleaning. Noticeable difference, hearing safe with CCI standard velocity.
Bad- It has a wave spring holding the thread adapter against an o-ring, and it wiggles. This is probably the reason it is getting a very light end cap scrape. Not enough to cause damage, but enough to make it off target and leave a little lead on the end cap hole.
I am going to replace the wave spring with a bushing. That should tighten everything up and stop all wobble as it will sandwich the thread adapter between the tube and the base cap.

Order for Resilient Simple Man placed Friday night 8/9 on individual F4 through Silencer Shop. F3 filed to my dealer who is one town over yesterday by SS. Now the wait begins.
