    The Patriots, the NFL's #1 villians, are indeed back. The Giants are not the team that beat them in 2007.

    Neither of those really matters right now anyway. The playoffs are all about who gets hot during January anyway. Regular season only matters to the extent it determines who makes the playoffs.

    Both the Patriots, Giants, and all the other perennial powers (Colts, Cowboys) need to fear the Ravens. They still have one of the stingiest defenses in the league, now with enough offense to get in a shooting match with almost anyone.

    Ravens/Packers super bowl.
