We won't be seeing the Mendenhump on SB Sunday. The Pack will be bringing The Lombardi home.

Here's an email I just got:

    Dear NFL Fan:
Thank you for doing your part as a fan and signing the Petition to help Block the NFL Lockout. The players and I hope you have enjoyed the most successful season the NFL has had to date and are looking forward to Super Bowl XLV.

With a lockout looming that will shut out players and fans from the game they love, we wanted to share our Super Bowl Ad that we produced with a very limited budget that will be distributed online leading up to Super Bowl XLV. You can watch the ad HERE. The next step for fans to continue having their voices heard is to help with the following:

    · Please post the following to your Facebook page: Check out the NFL players’ online Super Bowl Ad: Let Us Play (link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jl9BpUgYljQ)
    · Send a Tweet with the following: RT @NFLLockout #LETUSPLAY Super Bowl Ad launches – Players and Fans stand together to #BlocktheLockout http://bit.ly/LETUSPLAYSBAd
    · Post http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jl9BpUgYljQ on your website and let others know how they can sign the Petition and receive the most up-to-date information on NFL and Player labor news.
Thanks so much for your support and here’s to blocking the NFL Lockout and having football in 2011.

    Sincerely,

    Kevin MawaeNFLPA President

I don't see a petition making a difference. Money speaks louder than signatures.

Haha. I get that all the time when I wear my hawkeyes jerseys.

Its all good. People know me as the cheesehead. They know I hate the Steelers.

On some crazy shit though, out of all the players you chose to put a picture of.. you chose someone who only plays on special teams.. my cousin! :D

No. I have since they have been leading the NFL in Super Bowl rings. Not because they have the most, but because you cant have a conversation about the Super Bowl with a Steelers fan without them bringing up the fact that they have 6 rings. Cocky, very arrogant fans. Not all. But most of the ones I have come across have not left a good impression with me.

    We have 12 NFL Championships.
But to every Steelers fan ive mentioned that to.. apparently they dont count.
Raiders, Eagles, Cowboys, Steelers, and Bears.
    The 5 fanbases I despise.

I was raised a steelers fan. They have always been a solid football team. I also am a seahawks fan. Even tho they have never won a super bowl, i like them, they are underdogs

Ive met a couple of hometown fans that werent terrible. But as a fanbase overall, I have not been impressed with Steelers fans. It only takes one experience to alter an opinion though!

Yeah, all it took was some typical SoFla Steelers fans at a Dolphins Steelers game that tried to trip my dad and i as we were leaving the stadium. And the arrogance of some of the fans.

I took my wife to ...whatever the fuck the Dolphins stadium is called this week...we were decked out to the gills in our Green Bay gear. We had tickets way the hell up in the nosebleed section.

We had a ball. People were friendly, outgoing, and outright nice to us as "visitors". Only one single drunken idiot and the Dolphin fans shut him up forcefully before we even had a chance to.

    *shrug*
