I think if more people had a chance to play it would grow in popularity. Don't know if it would pass football, but it would be number two of the big sports.

 

I disagree , the rules make sense if you understand them , it would be like me trying to understand some football rules though I guess .

 

not really, football's pretty simple: stay between the two fat white lines, then try to run the ball into the big colored patch of grass. and then kick the ball between the two yellow poles.

 

There was no crying smiley, so this is the frustration after running out of any beer, much less a great beer

Hockey is even simpler , keep the puck inside the glass enclosure , try to put it in the other team's net as often as possible and win all the fights .

 

then why's there a penalty when the puck goes over the midway line?? why are there so many different places to have face offs?? how is it fair that you can have one team with more players than the other??

I saw Rodgers play in Cleveland in 2009 and his arm strength was unbelievable. Seeing him in person really underscored it.

I like Tomlin, and that says a lot since I am a Browns' fan

He WAS very gracious and classy.

But it's a helluva lot easier for anyone to be gracious when they already have a ring

Actually i can say that i think neither team played as well as they could of, but the Packers took advantage of the mistakes that the Steelers made. If the Steelers would have held on to the ball it would have been a much different ball game. But thats football, and again congrats to the Packers!!

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The mayor of Pittsburgh made good on a bet he lost during the Super Bowl.
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl was shoveling snow at Saint Rosalia Parish in Greenfield Tuesday morning.
That is the church that Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy attended as a child. His parents still attend that church today.
The mayor made the bet with the mayor of Green Bay prior to the Super Bowl. Whoever’s team lost, would shovel snow.
After shoveling, the mayor had to hang a Green Bay Packers flag at the City-County Building.
It will stay there for one day.
