    Totally agreed. Tom had the torn ACL in 2008 but since it was week 1 really did have a full season to rest and rehab. Ben seems more the nagging injury/nicked up every year.

    That said I hope Ben sticks around..rival or not he's exciting to watch, and at least he has a good run game to take some heat off him.

    As for Tom, I think he may go the Countess Elizabeth Bathory route or something..

    I'm not sure what will happen next. I can't see them paying Jimmy G to hold a clipboard much longer, nor do I think he wouldn't want a starting job. But goddamn, if Brady keeps this up there's gonna be a hard decision for the front office..

    Not saying anyone else does or doesn't, but Tom really isn't much for the partying or other stuff...never was. I remember Ben having the motorcycle accident long ago for instance, I'm sure that's haunting him to a point.

    Someone on sports radio theorized "what if they traded Brady?" I don't ever see that happening though. Besides the obvious reasons, Tom has played for below market value for eons so the Pats could have money to sign other talent around him.

    Torn acl or not he is a champion. He took an L but bounced back in 2008. Ben is great, this loss is eating him alive.

    Its understandable though. Nothing negative about Ben, he just knows Brady will be the beast in the AFC for the next 3 seasons.
