Regardless, was one hell of a game and an epic comeback. Easily one of the top 5 SB's ever. Watching Goodell boo'd was hilarious too. TB12 GOAT.

    OME and worth every penny.
Would've been funny if they all said afterwards that the game plan was to rest up 'til the 4th qtr.

I can't really figure out who's hated more... Goodell or Brady? One thing is for sure, at least Brady can accomplish his objectives

Tom Brady is like the jimmy johnson of Nascar. You just can't count them out no matter how far down the pack they are. They must be living right.

That last turn over to NE saved the City of Atlanta a ton of money on a Parade!

Don't forget that Goodell covered for the Pats during Spygate, ordered the investigation of the biggest cheating scandal in NFL history over after only four days, had the tapes destroyed, and gave the Pats a slap on the wrist by taking the draft pick.

He could have buried the Patriots and should have.

He covered for the Pats during Spygate more than he went after them with Deflategate.

I was just listening to the radio on my break and they were saying that Brady, Belichick and the Patriots set some incredible Superbowl records during last night's game, but that people aren't going to remember those records like they deserve to be remembered because they're just more bullet points on such a long list of records and achievements.

Which is kind of too bad, when you think about it. But, on the other hand, I'll remember it as the most stressful Superbowl I've watched, so that's good enough for me. :notsure:

Feel free to prove what I wrote wrong, but Brady and Belichick leg humpers or Boston sports pundits haven't been able to do it, and we've been waiting 10 years.

Congrats on your team's first controversy-free SB win.

Let's hope that they weren't cheating.

    Huh?
Loss of a 1st round draft pick, $500k fine to Belichick and a $250k fine to the Patriots as a team.
In 2006 the Jets were caught doing the exact same thing (filming from a non-approved location) and received zero punishment. No fines, no loss of draft pick. The league didn't even bother collecting their tape.

But you stay cranky about it, lol. I don't give a crap.

What controversy surrounded the 03 & 04 wins, exactly?

Go look at what happened to Sean Payton and tell me that the Pats didn't get a slap on the wrist.

Which was the maximum penalty possible as per the league rules. MAXIMUM. So how the fuck is that a slap on the wrist?
