    Weird situation, but he did push wth his arm if you watch closely. A few plays later, Ramsey got away with not being called on a big penalty. Balanced out in the end, but the refs need to figure shit out.

    Irrelevant. The only reason there was contact in the first place was because he got shoved into Bell. The nudge from the arm also wasn't nearly strong enough to send an athletic guy like Bell for a flop, either, unless he'd been drinking. :laugh:
