Glad I have a reason to be proud of the one and only Nike shoe purchase ever in my life. I'm a DC boy at heart.

I'm a die hard Nike fan and I hate Kaep.

Not going to influence my outlook on Nike as they make an awesome product but Im not a fan of the move what so ever.

    So what?

And FYI, based on previously cleanups in this forum, not really a topic that the mods promote discussion of.

Everyone in the league taking notice of how poorly the Raiders handled that. How do you let that type of talent walk!?

I just feel bad for the city of Oakland. Already saw their team move to LA and back. Now they're leaving the state and are building for future in LV. I'm curious to see if the Raiders even keep Carr after March 15 when he's due several more millions (Raiders can opt out after this season).

Mack is great, but Raiders still finished near the bottom in Team Defense. The Raiders will save a ton of money, and pick up some nice draft picks.

    Maybe next year.

    New Balance for the win.

Ah, yes. I look forward to reading about how well Patrick handles the reins. I won’t be watching NFL. Can’t believe some of the new rules. Why don’t they just play flag football.

That’s the reason I really stopped watching the NFL. Defense can no longer be physical like 10-15 years ago. They’re trying to legislate the violence from the game and it’s getting unwatchable. So it’s going to be like watching the Washington St vs Texas Tech every sunday. 550 yards passing per team with the scores being 50’s-40’s

Not so sure about that. Jon Gruden and draft picks don't work well HAHA. 7 years in TB and out of all of those draft picks, only 3 went to the pro bowl - and only 1 of those 3 got into the pro bowl while Gruden was in TB.

btw, I have a feeling that the stupid tackling penalties were exaggerated in preseason. I'm hoping that they let the players play come Thursday.

But that's just me being optimistic.

Heard that last night, hasn't changed my opinion of Nike, Chinese made over priced merchandise. Although they are an American company that makes their investors a lot of money.

I do buy my fair share of Chinese made products.

It will be interesting to see what this does to Nike sales. I doubt if it will have much impact at all.

At least Kap is making some money.
