    Marvin is a good people manager. Hands-on. Excellent mentor - he's really helped several young men turn their lives around. He just lacks that killer instinct that makes a good coach a great coach.

    Greg Popovich of the San Antonio Spurs is the kind of coach they need. Mentor, leader, disciplinarian, teacher, and occasionally friend. Help a man grow, make him a better player, better person, better teammate. Help the players grow their understanding of the game, their position, their teammates, and themselves.

    They need the Greg Popovich of football.

    They need a unicorn.

    I have to disagree. One player doesn’t make a team. Look at Rivers. He’s a great QB with shitty players around him. But to keep it more relevant, look at Brees. Ya he doesn’t have a lot of super bowls but he’s got plenty of other individual records.

    Well when your division is like it is, making it to the playoffs is pretty much guaranteed every year. If you’re in the playoffs every year, your bound to win at some point.
