When I was there 2 weeks ago it was packed. Lions game at 1pm and then red wings game at 7pm. Detroit is finally picking up though and is actually a pretty cool place now. Obviously some bad spots still but for the most part it’s nice

That baseball stadium looks nice. Would not mind going to see the Royals play there.

That's the only one I haven't been to. The last 2 years I've gone it's been in December so I only get to see the Lions and the Red Wings play. Hoping to go and see the Tigers play this year though

    Getchu some!

I still haven't been to a Chiefs or Royals game this year, but I think my buddy is trying to work something out for the last game of the season. Raiders @ Chiefs. Not a game to watch, but depending on how things go Thursday night... the next 2 games after will be interesting.

It's tough being a Detroit fan in California. The teams just don't come out here very often. I got lucky and got to see the Lions at SF this year and at home, but both were losses (shocker). I was looking for Red Wing tickets against either Kings or Ducks, but the cheapest tickets were like $65 each and those weren't even good seats so I said fuck it. I usually go to a Tigers at Angels game though and can get those tickets fairly cheap since both teams suck

    Some really cool shit
Here's a shot of construction at the Chase Center in San Francisco, next years new home of the Golden State Warriors. In the background you can see AT&T Park where SF Giants play. There is VERY little parking. Fortunately, there are a few mass transit options.

Chicago has the el. Or Elevated Subway, no not the kind you eat. Real handy when you want to downtown or to a Cubs game

Yeah, never rode on it when I visited. I drove into town... blah. luckily, not all over. I just parked underground and walked around the blocks with the bossman. Lots of cool shit.

The fire station that survived the Chicago fire, the Chicago Tribune, the bean.... Very cool.

E5EC28A1-2402-4D5A-9083-2CB0775974B5.jpg You know how we do, now if we just could field a baseball team worth a shit, wearing thin leaning on the Griffey/Buener/Martinez days.

Pretty freaking stoked though, Seattle is getting an NHL team!! Means hopefully get the Sonics back too, not that I care as much about hoops, be awesome to not have to go up to Vancouver to catch the Canucks play

Add a few bridges as the only way to get places and you have Pittsburgh

Liking all these stadium pics though, they all look cool.
    Looks pretty neat though.

Wouldn't mind watching games from the top seats of either stadium... at night.

Can attest to that - was TDY there last year and the GPS routed me every which way to avoid several traffic snarls at bridges. It ended up taking me right by the stadium on the way to the airport.

I can't imagine the horrors that occur in winter.
