Deserving has nothing to do with winning. But it may help you get through the off season. If they can only score on close plays they’re not very good. Not a fan of the Raiders but have watched them enough to be tired of short-end-itis, whether “deserved” or not.

KC shouldn’t be happy with that win outside of putting a W on their end. Detroit had that game and got fucked multiple times. They should have closed out when it mattered though and that’s on them for blowing it in the end, I won’t argue that one bit. They had every chance to shut them down in the last 2 minutes and simply did not come up with the stop. But there is no denying the Lions got shafted big time again by the Calvin Johnson rule.

Also, all these fuckin players need to stop this hurdling bullshit. Hockenson could have gotten so much more injured than he did. So stupid trying to jump over guys and then risk such a major injury.

Yah, party like there’s no tomorrow because likely there isn’t. There are only so many bad teams we can pile up a good record against.

Not a pretty win by the Patriots but a win nevertheless.

Anytime the other team beats you in total yards, rushing yards, passing yards, TOP and you win, you just better just be happy they won!

When playoffs come around they don’t count only the ones you deserved to win. Sometimes things don’t work out. And by “things” I mean anything. Getting butt-pumped by the refs is just one.

Yea Detroit (with some more experience) would have had that KC game with no issues. The lack of experience led them to panic in the last quarter and throw it away.

I’m still Shocked that KC allowed that.. Detroit defense was impressive to watch

Yes they did. It was a great (fucking stressful) game to watch. I’m glad the lions put up such a good fight against the AFC hopeful champion. They handled themselves very well, especially after being fucked by that reversal of the TD. If they play like that all year, they WILL make the playoffs and win their division. We even had our best CB out, had another CB and safety and TE go out and still hung in there. Lot of good things coming from Detroit this year. I know you’re die hard chiefs fan but I know you also respect the lions and the performance they had today.
Detroit is no doubt a threat this year. I’m excited for this season even more so after this weeks game

I’m just stoked to see some new teams coming out of the depths and becoming a threat. I’m sick of the same ol teams sweeping the league

Lions getting it together (for them anyway) while my Vikes are falling apart. GB and Chicago both kind of being meh right now. WTF is going on in the NFCN?
