Patriots under Brady and Belichick are a fraud like that of steroid era baseball - tons of cheating, lots of lying about it, glad it is probably over.

Not necessarily, though 11-5 was not too shabby that year let's remember he had Randy Moss and Wes Welker catching the ball..plus a very good defense that year.

Not to mention he's a pauper compared to what his wife is worth..

Never say never but I think he retires first. He's made a fortune plus his wife is still raking in the dough, so he doesn't care about money. His kids are getting older and methinks he'd rather spend time with them.

That he has. It would be interesting to see but IDK if it's realistic.

Absolutely agreed that those are going to stand for many years , especially 6 rings. Hell, Pittsburgh has 6 Super Bowls and that's so revered..this is a player with 6 rings. Plus the salary cap era...

I said from the jump it was stupid to waste our time on AB anyway, even if he played for free. More trouble than he's worth and then some.

I'll say this one thing about the deflating football scandal. The NFL should have punished Aaron Rodgers and the Packers equally, since after this investigation went on Aaron openly admitted on ESPN he routinely inflated and/or asked for the balls inflated over the max PSI knowingly.

I know Belichick is a sith lord and cares not for his apprentices, but only the pure game of football, but I can't see Kraft letting Brady leave. He at least knows the Patriots ARE Brady and until he retires on his own I can't see Kraft letting BB let him leave. They already went through that once with Jimmy G. I think BB was ready to let Brady go then and move on to Jimmy G, but Kraft stepped in and put his foot down and told BB that he wasn't allowed to trade or let Brady go. Thus JG ended up with the 49ers, since BB at least wasn't going to let JG go to an AFC team.

As for predictions, I'd go with Ravens, Chiefs, 49ers (even over my Vikings, though I hope they make it a good game or even possibly upset like against the Saints), and Seahawks.

If the Vikings can beat the 49ers, I'm actually more confident with their ability to beat GB or the Seahawks in the NFCCG than I am this week in the divisionals (assuming Cook stays healthy). Skol!

Do you think Robert Kraft butters Tom Brady's "bread" or is it the other way around?

I don’t think he’s going anywhere. My boss just bet me $50 he’s retiring and another $50 that Bill will be right behind him when he does.

 I guess the York's need the money.

With the 49ers the No. 1 seed in the NFC following a shocking 13-3 regular season, demand for tickets to this game is going to be high. That’s magnified by Minnesota’s upset win over the New Orleans Saints last week.

Ticket IQ ran the numbers, and the prices for Saturday’s game at Levi’s are through the roof. In fact, the average ticket cost of $571 is third-most in the NFL divisional playoffs over the past decade.

    Giants have their head coach

    https://www.foxnews.com/sports/giants-hire-joe-judge-head-coach-reports

The New York Giants are reportedly set to hire New England Patriots wide receivers and special teams coach Joe Judge as their next head coach.

A deal between the Giants and Judge was in the works Monday night, ESPN reported Tuesday. The Giants had reported interest in Baylor coach Matt Rhule who agreed to become to the Carolina Panthers’ head coach but apparently decided to pass on him.

The Giants have not officially announced the decision.

Judge, 38, will replace Pat Shurmur, who coached the Giants to two losing seasons. Shurmur was 9-23 as head coach of the Giants. He replaced Ben McAdoo prior to the of the 2018 season. His 9-23 record was the same as his stint with the Cleveland Browns when he was their coach from 2011 to 2012.

Judge has been in the Patriots’ organization since 2012. He started with them as a special teams assistant then moved to special teams coordinator. The 2019 season was his first as wide receivers coach.

Before New England, he was a special teams assistant with the Alabama Crimson Tide. He also had stints with Birmingham-Southern and Mississippi State.
