Don't have an aneurysm. I am not a "fucking idiot" The pats are habitual offenders. Scream as loud as you want, defend them all you want. They cheat, they have been caught many times. I am sure for the times they were caught they got away with it 10 fold. That is how cheaters work. Yes on many occasions your team bested my own because they are and were a better team. I do not cry about that and never will. It is the pats fans that refuse to accept the legacy this so called dynasty has is and forever will be marred in controversy. Two wrongs don't make a right. Basic bible shit.

 

I do not and did not question your education nor yours or anyone else's intelligence. I respect your right to have whatever opinion you want. If you feel that I somehow communicated that to you then please accept my sincere apology. I thought we were exchanging ideas, opinions and information and that was the spirit with which I was offering my part of the discussion.

 

No worries man. I did not feel you were insulting me at all. In turn I hope you know I am just a pure to the bone pats hatter!! If I were on a jury that had anything to do with the pats I would be the guy walking in with a guilty shirt on screaming give them the death penalty before the trial even started so my opinion is about as bias as they come. I am a colts fan so we have some skeletons also. It really comes down to one of my best friends being the biggest pats fan like ever! I mean he has flown from SoCal on his own dime to Gillette to help shovel snow before games before. And for years he handed me my ass so I use this as an outlet. All good.

If you made an airtight case and presented it to me I would burn it and say fuck em anyway. There is no logic applied to my degree of patriots hate!

Glad to hear it. I am certain I have my biases also. I think my perspective is tempered by more than 25 years working in public recreation. I have seen so many sporting events that I rarely have any reaction at all when a game is on, whether the outcome is a win or a loss. So much of the emotion is taken out of these games. There really is always next year.

And it's only the people that hate them that insist that it's tainted. They haven't actually cheated any more or less than any other team out there, but the few times that they have were blown out of proportion because of their success. And for the same reason, the instances that they were accused of cheating (but they either didn't or there was no proof that they did), it was also blown out of proportion because people wanted to believe it and refused to accept a lack of proof as exoneration.

 

Bro you are just on another level. Every franchise cheats to some extent. You on the other hand use that as exoneration. Come down off your pulpit and join the rest of us for awhile.

Here's one that'll really twist your tail: The only ball that the Wells report found to have been deflated a significant amount was the one that the COLTS handled on the sideline!

PEDS? Definitely cheating. I've got no problem admitting it. It's happened with several players over the years.
Spygate? Yes, they filmed from the wrong location. No problem admitting that either. But as a Patriots fan, the punishment from the league was excessive considering the level of the infraction.
Deflategate? HUGE problem with that one. Poorly investigated, poorly reported, 'leaks' all over the place, and penalties were levied without any proof of any wrongdoing having occurred. Having read and studied the report, from an objective standpoint there's no proof of any sort that any rules were intentionally broken. And from a fan's perspective, the witch hunt aspect of it pisses me off. And if it'd been your team involved, you'd probably feel the same way.


You can keep ragging on them as being the worst cheaters in the league if you want, but I'll keep arguing about it because they're my team. That's football, hoss.

Fans aren't reasonable, and I like winding up the haters just as much as you like winding up the fans.

 

Maybe he'll be your new OC, then.
