I'd laugh if he goes there..have a couple of friends who are diehard Raiders fans

 

The Raiders have been rumored to have interest in Brady should he become available. And the initial reports came from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, who is not one to go around spreading false rumors. If there turns out to be something to it, the Raiders would likely then put Derek Carr on the trade block.

 

Not sure I see it happening on the Brady side, but stranger things have happened. Raiders probably want to make a splash right away with the move to LV and hopefully get to the promised land.

 

If true, Brady works for under market price for 20 seasons, marries a woman who makes more than he does, plays for a perennial SB contender, makes the AFC Championship in half the seasons he plays for said team, and now he’s gonna be motivated by money to play for a, how should I say it, clusterfucks of teams who haven’t made it to the playoffs in years.

In any case, 30 mill a year matches what the Pats have rumored to offer him.

He's a bit of an anomaly in that respect. Most QB's with that kind of record wouldn't work on the cheap like that. But, most pro ballers don't make less than the wife.

 

Love or hate him, he's always taken less than market value to enable the organization to build a better team.

Tedy Bruschi did something similar back in the day..among other things, he didn't have an agent to pay. Plus he had married and had children young, and he didn't want to move his family or be away from them playing for another team.

 

Man if Ciara would subsidize Wilson I'd be totally stoked.

 

I don't believe he'll go there, he's not so much interested in the money (he's got plenty of that). He's constantly given up money in his contracts so they can afford better players. He wants a team that has potential around him and I don't think he's going to be satisfied with a team like Oakland.

 

I have a friend who’s a sports radio broadcaster in Las Vegas and he’s a diehard Raiders fan.With his promoting and along the lines from others,establishing a fan base isn’t happening.He’s spent time with past Raider player legends and players who are on the current roster promoting and the excitement is building slower than expected.So it’s probably obvious the Raiders organization is attempting to make a splash immediately.The new stadium is amazing though,hehe!

 

It will be okay. A lot of fans of other teams will fill the stands. It's another good excuse to go visit Las Vegas!

 

It’ll surely be okay.Raiders fans will be traveling from Oakland/LA.I know when my STEELERS play i’ll make the four drive from SoCal or even shorter flight.The establishment of a increased Nevada fan base just isn’t happening as expected.And exactly on what you mentioned about visiting Las Vegas.
