    I had the good fortune (bucket list item) to see Paul McCartney live at XXXIX halftime show (before his voice started going out).

    It was the best show to see. Great songs, hellfire flames, former Beatle!!

    The free-agent quarterback mystery has been resolved. No, not Tom Brady. Rather, Andrew Marchand of the New York Post reports Tony Romo and CBS have come to terms on a long-term deal that will keep the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback with Jim Nantz & Co. for the astonishing total of $17 million per season.
    The deal makes Romo the highest-paid analyst in television history. John Madden made $8 million a year as a color commentator, Troy Aikman makes around $7.5 million a year for FOX, and current Raiders coach Jon Gruden made $6.5 million a year doing Monday Night Football on ESPN.
    ‘I can confirm a long-term contract extension with Tony Romo,” CBS spokeswoman Jenn Sabatelle told Front Office Sports

    Glad I can turn the volume down and tune in my local radio during games.

    Romo was good for the first half season- good insight, ability to estimate plays, inside knowledge type stuff. Lately he’s opinionated, picks a side, kinda grating.
