    I think it's also easy to forget the billions of dollars tied up into the postseason schedule between the league, teams, players, staff, tv contracts, and advertising. None of us know the contract language built into the Pro Bowl, for example, if that has to be canceled because the postseason was shifted back one week. Or if the SB gets moved (and the league would do that as an absolute last resort), what do the advertising contracts say about moving and product/campaign launches prepared for that date.

    Now, if that's what had to be done it is what will have to be done. But I doubt any of it is just a simple fact.
