Next posession he benches Hurts for Sudfeld and they completely shit the bed, Dudfeld throws a pick and fumbles a low snap on two straight possessions. They of course lose the game.

Niner's barely have enough players left to put on the field. I figured they would lose this one, but I still think Beathard shows promise despite missing a couple wide open receiver's. At least he puts some points on the board and doesn't throw picks all afternoon. Big ears flat bill cap guy should keep him.

 

Russell still looked lost first half. I can see why people call him lucky. Mainly because the play calling is based on LUCK. OK yes, the O line sucks......need to get that out of the way, but run the ball or quick passes............stick with it.............fack............well maybe beat the Lambs again and done.

 

Yeah when you're lucky for 8 years straight, though... that's something else.

 

I'm not at all saying he has no talent. And as I stated, no O-line, a couple years back, like zero line. WHEN the play calling is working and Rustle has some good receivers...........it is more than luck. D saved our ass and hands it back split down the middle............so more that FG's are required.

 

Seattle has always been a D first team under current management. I've sat through so many games in Century, or whatever they're calling it now, where the Seahawks are up by 3 in the break after only gaining 150 yards, somehow. If it wasn't for Russell pulling some weird shit out of his butt in the third the team would never win. At least this year, without fans, Seattles been a bit better out of the gate.

 

Nobody is gonna replace Brady that fast, but he wasn't even serviceable. Just one piece of the whole problem this year though..of which there were many.
