This will be our second. Got nosebleed tickets for a wedding gift in 2010 and it was an awesome experience. Taking the in laws with us this year.

 

Saw the boys in 1995 at the Metrodome. Emmitt had 150 yards and ran for a 30 yard TD in overtime for the win. Was a huge Cowboy fan when I was younger, years and years of disappointment slowly crushed that.

 

So ‘Niners fans, what are your comments on playing the Bills, Chiefs, Cowboys, and Seahawks all following their bye week? At least 3 of the 4 are home games, but I’d still be p!$$ed. Last year the Chiefs had a slew of games in a short period against teams with either a bye or a 10-day post Thursday game rest and they lost several of those, but it all worked out in the end.

 

Yea I’ve been to one game in the late 90s at the old stadium back when moose Johnson was still playing

 

Since I haven’t been to any of the recent playoff games, my lifetime highlight for seeing a game in person has to be KC at Denver, a Monday night game in October 1994. Elway led a drive to take the lead with 1:29 to go and then Montana led the winning drive scoring with 8 seconds left. Classic duel of two great QB’s. Shout out to Broncos fans, we had to buy individual tickets outside the stadium so I was alone surrounded by Denver faithful. They were very nice to me (of course I wasn’t being a jerk either).

 

Too many moving parts to really say, but if Patrick does what TFB did re money it's definitely possible.

 

Dallas is now playing for the conference title in both basketball and hockey. Maybe this is the Cowboys year to make it past the divisional round!

I'll believe it when I see it and even then I will doubt it.

 

Time for over hyped Trey Lance?

 

Lots of chatter, but are the Steelers really going to fire Tomlin? Any Steeler fans in the know?

 

Pittsburgh is the least likely team to make a quick decision, just 3 head coaches in 55 years (compared to 20 for the Browns). That said, the franchise is too proud to let their current 7 year playoff win drought get to a full decade before they do something. The AFC North is loaded this year so it would be hard to blame him for another .500 season. I will guess they give him 2 more years and if they haven’t improved he will get the opportunity to leave gracefully or get fired.

 

I think the Rooneys give him & the new offensive coordinator one more year to show they are moving in the right direction. If they go below .500, I can see management pulling the plug and finding themselves a young, dynamic coach, like a Sean McVay-type.

 

This is the last year of his current contract

 

Meanwhile, can't get past the divisional round of playoffs, Dak Prescott wants tippy top Quarterback pay.

 

Dak seems like a great QB...right up until it really matters then he "Romo's" on them. Deserves good pay but not top tier pay.

 

Lawrence is now the highest paid player in the NFL. I don’t even have the prince in my top 10 qb list!
