I meant, Raider's QB should not have signaled/clapped his hands to expedite formation.

Raiders need to practice 2-minute drills and speed their formations.

 

Yea, KC defense was elite during the playoff run and first 2 months of this season. Looking very vulnerable in the secondary. And their strength was run defense (3rd) and Raiders are horrible (last). Yet their practice squad RB embarrassed us today.

Raiders had more 1st downs, pass yards, rush yards, and time of possession. But also more turnovers (1 vs 0) which was the difference.

But it’s a win.

NFL needs to adopt the college OT rules. This Georgia vs Georgia Tech game is awesome.

 

Raiders are the first team since at least 2000 to turn it over in the final 30 seconds when in field-goal range (35-yard line or closer) and trailing by one or two points.

 

Yeah, I almost felt a bit sorry for the Raiders for the first time in never.

KC OTs might as well be on the damn sidelines. DBs have been exposed recently too. Granted got a couple of those hurt a bit but still. Reminds me exactly of the 20-21 team that lost to Brady's last hurrah when our defense was not as good and our tackles could not protect the franchise.

Work to do in KC . . . but these guys can coach a bit.

Everything about that last play by the Raiders was unpreparedness.

Had they not rushed the play and possibly taken a FG after 5 yard penalty, they could have given the kicker another try.

At least, that would have been a better "try" than what happened.

That's why I said, "Raiders can't do anything right!"

 

Another thing I read. They were just planning to throw it out of bounds to get the clock down to where Mahomes had no time to respond. They could have just let it count down to a few seconds before spiking it instead of rushing the spike. That terrible play would not have been needed.

 

Play was blown dead. Ref’s changed their call to make sure Raiders didn’t get a chance to attempt a FG.

 

They should have stayed in Oakland.

 

Raiders superfans have got to be the oddest bunch. (And/or paid actors.)

You're really making me dislike that whole episode...couple of ways it could have gone.

But, no other team is like the Raiders.

And those crazy costume/make-up wearing fans are hilarious.

Gotta have a sense of humor looking at them for sure.

Every now and again, Jackson throws a dart to the tallest receiver for a TD.

He had enough time to scan the field.

I'm not use to Eagles D giving that much time.

 

Bengals 1-4 when scoring 33 or more this year. Gotta be frustrating.

 

The sideline said they heard a whistle but none of the players on the field mentioned it in their postgame interview. It’s being reviewed by the NFL (not that it changes anything now). If there wasn’t a whistle then the call was correct. If there was a whistle then the refs messed up and Carlson would have had a 53 ‘ish yard attempt. He was 0-3 already in that game over 50 but who knows.

 

Yikes, Allen gets a passing AND receiving TD on that play!!! 4th time in history
