Romo is supposed to be the golden boy of the franchise, pretty much. He has had a hand in blowing it at the worst time, such as thinking he is the Green Bay QB yesterday..or the last minute pick in the Denver game.

Out of all the good games yesterday and teams that actually won, NFLN and ESPN are only talking about 2 teams that lost: Dallas and NE.

Pats need to release Hightower now.. Unfortunately, it took him giving up a winning TD for them to realize it. Just a horrible fucking game yesterday, ghost kicks the kickoff out of bounds for miami's last drive... What the fuck? Oh well, seasons complete since we beat Denver, anything now is just extra...

All I can say is the Taints better get their shit together next week if they have any real post-season dreams. If they have to go wildcard, they're one and done.

x2 the picks who threw were in the direction of sam shields and instead of throwing behind the recievers he should've thrown in front. hell he should've just thrown bryant a few jump balls, its what he's good at. defense this game just checked out at half time for sure

Yea, but they also threw the ball more in the second half, even though they had the lead. You'd think he'd be running the ball more with a double digit lead in the 4th quarter. Heard a stat earlier about them throwin the ball in the 4th, I'll see if I can find it, cuz I don't remember exactly what it was.

Exactly, they have a decent backfield. If Murray is healthy he will produce and his backup guy isn't horrible either.

I can't find the stat I was looking for...don't remember what I was watching when I heard it, but it was somethin to the effect of:

Teams that throw the ball more than they run the ball when they're leading in the 4th quarter are 0-fer this year...then they told how many more times the 'Boys threw the ball than they ran it.

The way Jason Garret made it sound, the play calls were of course up to the OC, but he made it sound like Romo might have been checking off into some of those pass plays. :notsure: Maybe Romo thought they had it sewn up and wanted to show everyone how he could throw the ball and they could win?

Why not? I think this stuff between fans is getting good. Clean fun and extra money going to charity.

I agree. It's the ones who think football is a religion and get fanatical that have to be watched.
