    I'll say this. Talking to Seattle and trying to set a "Physical" tone with them isn't going to work in your favor. There's one team in this league and that can match the physicality of Seattle, the Niners. Saints are expending a lot of energy "trying" to be physical.

    I certainly see your argument. They have to enforce some rules on defenseless players to avoid serious injury though, especially at this level. Sucks seeing anyone getting hurt.

    Roger Clemens is right there on that list. Friend of a friend met him in the 80's at Fenway at an event, pushing his 8 yr old's wheelchair (MS) who idolized Clemens. Roger demanded $100 for an autograph, and the guy would have done it just to make his kid happy, even offered to mail him a check. Roger wouldn't budge as the kid wearing his jersey is crying his eyes out.

    Why would we care where Wilson was? 40+ MPH winds, driving rain. This game was going to be won on defense and the ground.

    I don't care where Wilson was, I care where Lynch was. In the end zone twice and with what? 150+ yards? Plenty of times Wilson has carried the team to a win.

    Why would you compare passing yards of a QB who had to pass to have a chance to a QB who shouldn't pass to run the clock. That's stupid. Brees threw it 43 times to Wilson's 18. Why do passing yards matter?

    Seattle is going to win by playing Defense and running the ball. When those two have not been there, Wilson has stepped up and won the game for them. If the running game is working and you need to run the clock why in the world would you want to pass?

    Also for the record Seattle Defers almost every time. No brainer with their defense.

    I just don't think Wilson had a horrible game, he missed two passes that I saw and wasn't asked to do anything the rest of the game. He didn't need to. when they leaned on him he hit a long pass to setup a Lynch touchdown. I think your the one who is looking at this weird man, you expect a passing game in a cold, windy, rainy game involving the best defense in the league.

    I remember plenty of Rothleisberger games very similar to this while Pittsburgh was winning Super Bowls.

    Had Wilson had a couple INT's or Fumbles then I could see it being "horrible." He controlled the ball and didn't turn it over. He did what they asked, that isn't horrible by any stretch.
