Nope, no cheaters. They have the same amount of evidence they had when this "story" broke. Goodell is such a retard, I hope they try to suspend tom, will be hard to sustain with no evidence and the NFLPA fighting it. I also hope Brady sues Wells/NFL for defamation.

No I will, but there is no evidence of anything, the report states clearly on p 228 "we can not say with any certainty that any wrongdoing actually took place." People can hate on the patriots all they want, the fact of the matter is that 2lbs of air in 1 out of 11 balls in the first half of a blowout fucking game doesn't mean shit. Especially when the teams stats were better in the second half using other balls. If Brady comes out and admits he fucked with the balls, then by all means I'm sorry. But, there is no evidence of anything, and the investigator even states that in his report. It is what it is, and that is nothing.

 

It also days it's more probably than not that there was wrongdoing and that Brady also likely had knowledge of what was happening.

 

Haha would you like to be punished because it was more probable than not that you were speeding? It was more probable than not that the Seahawks would run on the 1 yard line with the best RB in the league too, see how well that worked? Also, Brady was "generally aware." Well I own a handgun and I'm generally aware that people rob stores with hand guns, does that make me responsible for those robberies because I own a hand gun and am "generally aware?" No way. Last I checked most civil lawsuits just take a majority vote right? So saying it is more probable than not seems like it would be enough for me. Especially with a history of cheating in the organization.

The worst part is, the patriots didn't even need to do any of this to win the Super Bowl probably, but instead they did and now the victory is tarnished.
