    Herm is a fool, not in life but on this topic. He reminds me of Ned Stark, for you game of thrones fans, noble to a fault. This game is about the players, always has been. Each player is a mini corporation. Sure it's all noble and old school to quietly go about your business and only talk in teamspeak but that's unrealistic. The coach's job is and always has been about taking 53 different personalities and finding a way to mesh them into a team, that's what the best coaches do. Herm Edwards couldn't do that and failed as a coach, now we know why. He didn't just fail, he ruined teams and organizations. Every team he coached was better before he got there. Jets started 10-6 and finished 4-12. The Chiefs started 9-7 and finished 2-14.

    Is Lesean McCoy right, Chip Kelly is a racist? We'll never no but all signs point to "no." He's too successful with students of all backgrounds in college. I think Kelly did what Pete Carroll did. He got to a new team and wanted a very specific type of player and personallity. Unfortunately for the Eagles that meant getting rid of their 3 best players. Jackson, McCoy and Maclin. Who gives a shit though? They weren't any good when they had those three because they didn't have a QB.
