    So this thing is together and towed it behind my beast for the first time to get the registration inspection completed. Quickly realized my trucks hitch sits way the hell to high.... But not sure what I can do for a drop hitch with the Lock-N-Roll hitch I have.

    Pulls straight and easy behind the truck unloaded but is WAY nose high

    Also California doesn't issue small trailer tags so the spot for the tag is about 1/4 the size it needs to be. $300 for 5 years isn't too bad.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
    The link you put up is alot like what I built for when I towed my trailer behind my van to Cali but I built it out of 2.5" square and made a drop similar to that with gussets so that I could just plug in my Max Coupler. I can get a pic for you if you want it.
