Hey all...Thanks for the forums...Not sure where to post this and I’m sure it’s already been handled but my 12 Tacoma 4x4 which I’m in the process of overlanding has thrown a check engine light and limp mode...All codes state 2nd air injector stuck open...-I replaced the part and wascrunning great for a month, then threw code again...Checked with TSB sand stated that I must also change air pump and add cap...Did as instructed...Threw code and limp again...Would it be a defective unit? All OEM parts and done by service department at dealer... Any advice??? Thanks in advance

Welcome! Sounds like you need to take it back to the dealership. If they replaced the entire pump, assuming the did it correctly (BIG assumption) maybe some of the foam filter was already deteriorated and got sucked further down the system.
