    DOWN WITH HOSSA!!!

I hope he sticks around after the game on Friday long enough to see his former teammates, who he abandoned, skating around with the cup in the air. Had he stuck with us, we'd already have the cup in Pittsburgh. Instead he jumped teams because he thought he'd have a better chance at winning a cup with Detroit. Hell, we even offered him more money and a longer contract!

Pens played an awesome game last night and can taste it now. If they can block out the sea of red at the Joe, we'll have the championship. That crowd is going to HARD on Fluery.

Cry all you want about Syd...I call it jealousy. Funny how I saw a lot of acted out drama from the wings in this series but you don't hear us crying about it.
Does the NHL also tell the opposing goalies to allow his shots to go into the net?

Yeah...it must be a conspiracy

I too was upset when Hossa left, BUT what has he really done for Detroit to earn anything. Or, maybe he's the bad omen and he's the real reason we lost last year. Not really, but...

Anyway, I hope he has to cry on Friday!!!

I have absolutely no nails left after last night. All tied up going back to the "lets not talk about game 5 arena". Ugh....

I'm proposing that all game 7s be held in neutral ice, starting Thursday. :D

Definitely not jealousy I am just sick and tired of hearing about Crosby. The Pens are a great team and it takes a TEAM to get to the finals!

i think its going to be a great game 7, as long as fleury doesn't get all nerved up. it seems like he's alright in that arena, until that first goal goes by him. then he just kinda falls apart.

    GO PENS!!!

edit: and i own page 18 haha

i'll turn the tv off if they don't. game 7 of the stanley cup finals is NOT the time to switch up goalies... especially one like fleury

Even if they'd be better served switching it up, they can't not start Fleury on Friday. You have to go with the guy that got you there and hope he comes up big.

I don't like Crosby in the slightest but I dislike him moreso cause he can't fight worth shit and is a whiner! As a Canadian, I find his on ice antics slightly embarassing but I'll give him props for his talent! He carried the team to the final but he's up against Z shift for shift in this series and that's a real tough task.

Fights don't win games...awesome stick handling skills and teamwork do. Crosby excels at both of those and that is why he is playing in game 7 of the SCF.

And why the HELL would they start Garon in game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals!
Should Detroit have sat Osgood because he can't win in Pittsburgh?

i would really love to know why everyone thinks crosby is such a "whiner."

he definately doesn't do anything of the sort during pre or post game interviews so you must be reffering to his conduct on the ice. incase you (no one in particular - a lot of haters out there) didn't know the "C" on his jersey is for Captain. and as such he has the responsibility of communicating with the refs the most. whether it be for missed calls or whatever. every team does it, every team takes falls, every team tries to sway the refs in their favor... you better because you can bet the team on the other end of the ice is.

true but so did the entire team... when it comes down to the ultimate game of the season, you go with what got you there

Osgood has won in Pittsburgh just not in this series. I dont think Fluery has ever won in Detroit. Anyone?
