I did my part. I knew if I drunk enough Iron City they would win. Now I'm feeling my sacrifice.

I see in this thread the typical Wings fans attitude that I see on the other forums I belong to. From what others say, this attitude is typical of Detroit fans in general.

The wings are a great team with much talent. Hey though, guess what... You were defeated by a better team with better talent...Deal with it !

The Wings fans reaction I have read across the web has been full of excuses and whining. Part of good sportsmanship is to not be a poor loser...Wings fans got some growing up to do on that front.

The best example of the lame a$$ Wing fandom is when they cheered when Crosby got injured...We didn't have him for 1/2 of game 7 and we still beat you...and on your home ice too !!!

Ya lost. The Wings are not God's gift to hockey. Deal with the defeat and wait till next year...Till then...Pittsburgh baby...City of Champions.

I'm a Wings fan. I give full props to the Pens for their victory, they deserved it. Absolutely.

Give me a break though buddy, you can preach good sportsmanship when Crosby can come up with a good enough excuse for not shaking hands with Nick Lidstrom. He, the hockey god himself should have known better.
