I need to do a bunch of stuff, @188k on her and counting. The new role has a lot of highway driving lol. Need a daily mod soon.

Installed @At The Helm bedside reinforcements today. Super easy, but with the custom tailgate the one d ring bolt is off by like a 1/32. Nothing a file can't take care of. No pics, but it's an excellent product! I know it works, as when my tailgate swings out my bedside used to move and make noise! Now no more!!!

Still need to do the following:

-Both CV's (heard back from CVJ, price really isn't bad)
    -Get prinsu and install that
-Install replacement passenger window held on by gorilla tape
    -rotate tires

Well thanks to @Subway4X4 for picking it up, and @HolyHandGrenade for bringing it close by! The prinsu is on!

Pro tip: if there is any chance of a storm, don't peel the tape covering the holes in your roof. It started pouring right after I covered the holes with RTV and plopped the spacers on. No water in the cab that I could tell, I guess the stuff I got worked!

    Now onto the pics!

Thanks man! One man install wasn't that bad! Placing it on the roof while standing on my slider was sketchy hahaha

Hey bud so I'm getting ready to re-do my rear suspension set up and I see your running almost the exact same thing I was planning on. Dakar's with b110's the all pro u bolt flip with super bumps and then the archive shackle flip. I was just wondering your thoughts on it. How's the flexx on yours

Nice choice! Same setup except i have timberens. As for flex, I think up to page 4 of my thread has the pre shackle flip, and post page 4 is all shackle flip.

Being that I'm open/open, it really helps in obsticales that without the flip I'd need a locker. I can remember a few times where wheeling behind others without it, I'd see them soon out, engage a locker and then go. As for me, I'd just go haha.

    Except for this time:

    IMG_2459.jpg

But even here you can see the good amount o flex!

    Hope this helps!

    Yep.
    Nice!

In the beginning stages of removing everything out of the garage to seal the floor but there's always the driveway lol

Let me know when you're thinking and we'll try to work something out

@HolyHandGrenade recommended them, and with how hard he wheels I'm down to try them out! Plus the come built!

Just send Steve an email and he'll respond with options, super nice company to work with

Yeah, depending on what you want them to build. I bought high angle silicone (red) inner boots with neoprene outer boots. It's pricy, ~$550 shipped for 2. But if you ship your cores, you get $95 each. So it's not too bad for some burly, off road ready CV's

Rotated tires! I can't wait for the CV's to get here, I'm getting a nasty vibration at 65.

Also, I already blew out the boot on my outer tie rod after a few short months....

so, i'm also thinking about swapping to 885's and a top plate spacer. I would like to maintain my height, but lose a little bit of spring rate at the same time. I'm not sure, my end goal would be to cut down a little bit more on bump steer as well as having a nicer overall ride. I'm not sure if I can do this, or just upgrade to CO's.
