I have an 08 Tacoma Dcab long bed.

Nitto has a 275/65/20 which is 34" tall , 11" width which is the same width as a 265/70/17 stock tire.

Will a 275/65/20 rim/tire fit under the truck with 3" toytec lift?

Any other info on this combo would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Why not the 20?

This is the only way you can get a 34" tire that's not too wide. That I am aware of...

I love my 20's on my DC Longbed. I have the Enkei X-SP 20's. I dont't think a 34 in. tire will fit with only 3 inches of lift though. I have heard that people are rubbing with 33's.

    w/ 3" of lift a normal 33" tire would rub....not sure about a 20..but i'm sure that a 34" would definately not work

Is it the width or the height of a 285/70/17 (33" tire) that makes it rub?

You have to offset a 285/70/17 so it will not hit the UCA. Is this what makes it rub?

    wat?
well the 285/70/17 doesnt rub the UCA...it rubs the inside of the fender (by the cab) at a full turn. u'll be half an inch narrower than the 285, but u'll 1" bigger around overall. u can try it, but i dont think it'll work to well as far as bumps and spinning at the same time.
