Nitto tire help

    5100s at 2.5, Wheeler 3 leaf progressive AAL, Weathertech liners, yellow wire mod, toyota OEM bed mat, cup holder mod, afe pro dry s air filter, UWS low pro toolbox, Escort radar detector
    In the near future I will be installing 5100s at 2.5 and some form of rear AAL. I thought about 285/75/16 but dont want to rub. So my question to you all is this: Will nitto trail grappler 285/70/16 rub the same way as a 285/75/16 even with a spacer? Is it the 11.5" width, the height or a combination of the two that causes rubbing on the UCA?
    Nitto specs for 285/70/16- 31.89 overall diameter, 11.5" width, 18.9" tread depth

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Its a combo of the width and height. You shouldnt have to trim much with the 285/70/16 size.

    Thanks Chris. You think I would still need to trim even if I ran Spidertrax with that 285/70/16?

    It varies from truck to truck, but you should plan on needing to trim a little bit.
