Good afternoon, I'm new here and new to the Tacoma world, I leased a 2019 Tacoma sr5 crew cab v6, I was gifted a set of 285/75/16 NITTO GRAPPLERS, would these tires fit in the stock 16inch wheels? thanks!

Na man. You need at least a leveling kit and possibly some spacers to offset the stock wheels. Still probably have to heat gun the fender liners.

Yep they'll fit your stock wheel. With no lift or CMC they'll rub though

Those are some huge and heavy tires. You are going to have a lot of fun cutting and trimming if you are not going to lift your truck
