So I just got off the phone with a rep from Nitto tire. The guy said the recommended psi for my specific truck with these 295/70/18 LT trail grapps is freaking 62psi! I have them set at 37psi right now but that sounds really high . But he calculated it based off of the original tire size and factory specs. What's your thoughts?

I ran mine about 40 on road and about 30 off road depending on terrain. Put about 45k miles on them.

For the load E thats really high. I have that size on my Tundra and on my 4runner. I run them at 30 on my 4runner, and 42 on the tundra.

When I take the 4runner out on the trails they dont visibly squat/bulge until around 12psi, I usually air down to 10 for the trails because of that.

I work for a tire company, our standard practice is to set tire pressure to the factory spec. Listed On the door frame.

Just because it's E rated tire doesn't mean you have to run high pressure.
