    Sweet! I'm still stuck in the past with my old ass hardtail Gary Fisher. Need to get my dat ass out on it.


    On another note I'd suggest everyone stay up on frame maintenance. I haven't touched mine in 2 years and this weekend I'm paying for it. Been at it since 8 and just now got done one coat on the inside frame rail up to the cab. Having no exhaust on made the pass side easy. Should of dropped the tank for the other. Can't reach the top of that frame.

    he was asking how to fold up the extra bar that holds the canopy over the door. looks like he just pushed it in along the side, front of the mattress. Does it not fold with the rest of the tent?

    I'm not sure if I'm stowing away the overhang tube right... I'm tucking it in through the openings on the bottom sides and it sits on top of the mattress. ... is this correct?
    When I was putting the whole thing together I pulled it by accident while the tent was still closed on the floor and didn't get to see how it was stowed away

    I do the same thing but I tuck it under the mattress

    Sometimes after I close the tent it slides out but I just push it back in when I'm tucking everything in

    His RTT looked pretty stuffed tight with the cover zipped up.
    We looked at mine yesterday as a comparison and I've got tons of slack in it.
    Seemed a bit off.

    Yeah I did use them Josh.... I read and was told that the cover will eventually break in a little bit not sure how true this is in my case

    Yeah that looks pretty damn tight

    keep it mounted on your truck for a while in the hot sun maybe it will help break it in quicker..
    Mine was never that tight, but it looks like a lot has been changed since we bought ours
