    I used a friend's wall mount spring compressor it worked really well. Now if you order from Toytec they will assemble the springs for you for a $100.00.

    IMO it looks both safer and simpler to use the "easy way" with a jack and the lca to compress and decompress the springs. Those threaded spring compressors are scary as fuck!

    Guys I manage refused direct orders. I'm not going to get into a fight over it so I walked away and told them I would find people who would follow orders to do their jobs.

    Anyone need a job installing technical door hardware on custom glass doors? No need for a locksmith type certification, but Ill teach you a ton along the way.

    Today's the closest Ive been to loosing my cool and punching someone in the face in a long time. I love my job so no need to risk it. Ill let HR do the rest. There is no way I will stand for disobedience. Pink slips for all.
