    So what does something like that cost? I've been looking at property in southern vermont (just for fun.. can't afford anything anytime soon) and have been planning on putting a yurt on it as a vacation home.

    I think 54k. One in the pic is 139k I believe. They have 3 models and a couple variations of each except the basic one. All depends on options you get.

    Looking for a glorified trailer park house, not a glorified tent :D I like warm showers and real walls.

    That's pretty freaking cool. Never seen a yurt that big or nice.

    Nice lot, location, price, and electric service. Only down side I see is the lack of septic which can be 20k + or maybe they just let you dig a shit pit :notsure:

    Wonder where the waste goes now? Maybe grey water for shower/sink and holding tank for poo?
