I can't wait to move to PA so I don't have to worry about a front plate anymore.

If I saw a guy like that with no safety vest or hard hat, no construction equipment, no signs in advance, I think I'd just make sure there isn't something in the road besides cones and say fuck you and roll right through and call the cops .

    X2

Wtf! Drill bits don't exist in md? Lol

X2... 50" led bar ftw. Light him up and he'll be running away. Steel plate bumper if he doesn't. :p

Creepy as shit. I wouldn't have even slowed down, in fact I would have aimed for him not around him. But that's just one humble mans opinion.

As for the license plate, yeah about 10% of the local PD are d**ks (the rest are great) but they are the ones that blow through red lights and push others off the road to tell you 20% tints illegal. I am a local firefighter and EMT for the past 6 years and the same local cop pulled over my mother about a half dozen times in a two week period in her corvette for not having a front plate. The douche pulled her over on her way to the store and then again on her way home, waiting in the same spot. Protect and serve not dick around with your f**cking ego problems. Again my humble opinion.

100% agree. I hate most of the cops in my town and surrounding towns. I work on powerlines so we deal with cops on a daily basis. The older, reasonable cops are retiring and the young bucks are all out to prove something.

I had a situation over the summer where 2 tires on my truck and 2 tires on my roommates truck were slashed in my driveway. I was on shift so I went home in the bucket truck at 1:00 in the morning when my roommate discovered it. The cop that responded to it was the biggest jackass I've ever met. He said there's no way someone could've cut the sidewalls with a knife because "tires are steel belted". He said my roommate "must've hit a curb or something and drove home like that". I asked him why the wheel wasn't damaged if he drove home with holes in his sidewalls, he would certainly be driving on the wheels. He didn't have an answer for me. I then asked what could've happened to my truck because at the time I was rebuilding the front end and didn't have any suspension components in it for 4 weeks. He didn't have an answer for that either.

I then called everyday for 3 weeks to ask how the investigation was going, since I was promised a call from the detective within a few days. I never even got to speak with him and he never called as promised.

I never expected them to call and say "hey we found the bad guy"... But if you say I'm going to get a call, I expect a call. Instead the paperwork just gets tossed because to them it's bs.

I know there are a few LEO's that frequent this thread and I don't want you to mistake this as cop bashing.. I have no problem with cops that do their job properly. I can imagine you would be just as pissed if it happened to you, or if you had to work with someone like that.

It's funny, Josh had an issue with the cops for not doing their job, and everyone complaining about front plates (that are required by law in nj right?) are mad because cops are doing their job
