With a small body lift is 1/2" or 1", that's raising the body off the frame. Would that cause the body to tweak and move more since its no longer resting on the frame?

Not really. The body is only sitting on the mounts to begin with its not like the whole thing is sitting flat on the rails

So here's the info I copied over when Roger and I were laying out the options for the body lift, this is what I have on my truck.

1" body lift for 2010 Toyota Tacoma Extra Cab 4WD pickup:
Kit D $93
Kit HD $15
Kit CLR $12, black
Kit RAD $20
Kit GAS $10
Shipping $13

Total - $163

 

That would be a good reason to pay a $5 toll to smack you upside the head.

BTW - should be clutch time when I get back from Kentucky. God willing we can finally crawlbox the end of March.

Yea, he's about 4 blocks away. It's funny though, I constantly see it. The other day it was parked on my street, two houses from mine. A week ago, I came out of the gym and it was parked next to my current truck. It's like I'm being stalked by myself.lol

Nice! I'm still bugging Jen to book one for this summer. If not, I am seriously considering going alone.

For the drink package, I would get the highest one.you never know when you want a soda or juice or something. It's really easy to blow through $55 in a day. The other thing you could do that we have done is one of you get the $55 one and the other get a cheaper one. You can always order something and give it to someone. Food for thought.

 

This is a good strategy if you aren't always drinking the same thing. We had a mix in our group and it worked out well. Someone wants a beer and someone wants a mixed drink you can trade off. Also if you are willing to put the effort in you can get away with one drink package for two people, but it can be a pain.

Also, note which packages give you bottled water, not all do. And for me personally that's a deal breaker. Grab a bottle before bed, grab a bottle before heading off the ship, etc. For me the $20 drink package for soda and water is a minimum requirement. So adding alcohol on top gets a little easier to swallow. And remember at any point, first through the last day, you can add the drink package. They'll prorate it for the days remaining.
